I hope this article finds you in good health! I’m Olfa Kilani and I’m originally a university professor in Tunisia in the field of biotechnology. For a little less than a year, I’ve created my own startup called Kyto Prod, which utilizes the properties of chitosan. The discovery of the various properties of chitosan has allowed me to win several awards, including the best teacher-researcher in 2014 presented by the head of the Tunisian government.
