Federica’s work is extremely important as it helps define diagnostic criteria for neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer’s disease (which affects 900,000 people annually, of whom 2\/3 are women in France). In 2021, Federica received the Young Researcher Award<\/u><\/a> for her work on the brain <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
