This annual competition aims to encourage young women to pursue careers in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) by offering them a platform to share innovative research ideas related to global security and defense. <\/div><section class=\"content cf\"><div class=\"box box-media box-media--stretched\"><strong>Purpose of the Competition:<\/strong><\/div><div><p>Launched on February 11th, on the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, this competition invites young women to propose visionary research projects addressing urgent challenges in the field of security and defense.<\/p><p>The proposals should aim to solve an existing problem or prevent \u201cthe emergence of new threats.
